Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you buy from this website, run by Halls Quality Bakers, Gloucestershire, UK. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is accepted once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation from Stripe. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is £4.50 per order. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See our Delivery & refunds policy for details.

Allergens

Lard Ass Lardy Cake contains wheat (gluten) and is made with lard, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. It is made in a bakery that handles milk, eggs, nuts, sesame and soya. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Cancellations

Because our cakes are fresh, perishable food, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order and we'll do our best to help.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
