This site is run by Halls Quality Bakers, Gloucestershire, UK. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to get your cake to you.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order.
• Your answer to "Send me Lard Ass news & offers?" at checkout.

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To process, bake and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
• To send you news and offers — only if you chose "Yes please".
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order emails) and our delivery courier. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
