Delivery & refunds

Delivery

• We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
• Delivery costs £4.50 per order.
• Cakes are baked fresh and sent by next day delivery. We'll contact you if there's any delay.
• Please make sure someone can take the parcel — it's fresh food and won't keep for long.

Returns

As our cakes are perishable, we can't accept returns or offer a change-of-mind refund.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your cake arrives damaged, spoiled or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery.

Missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll track it down or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment card, usually within 5–10 working days.
